The service is intended to provide a full year of technical support for people who have computers at home, for the price that you might usually pay for just one or two service calls or to attend a computer class.

House Calls: At your convenience, we will come to your home to help you. This service gives the computer owner access to experienced technical people for any reason, to include:

Convenient Hours: Your Computer Pals will come to your home any time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Tutoring: Five (5) hours of in-home tutoring is included with the annual service agreement. Additional tutoring can be purchased.
